Legal studies with a practical profile
In our school of law, we combine tradition with modernity. We respect the achievements of the theory of state and law and, at the same time, conduct research in the area of law relating to new technologies. We show students how to apply theory in practice. We draw on the Anglo-Saxon model of teaching law, we work on case studies and provide our students with the ability to participate in an extensive programme of internships, workshops and simulation classes.
We attach great importance to the personal development of future lawyers. We offer tutoring and assistance in choosing an individual study path which guarantees our graduates a good start in their careers.
Innovative approach to design
Graphic designers, design and visual communication specialists also acquire practical knowledge and skills in our university. The curriculum stands out from amongst other universities owing to its innovative approach to design known as “human-centered design” - combining technical skills with knowledge of social communication and psychology.
Students participate in workshops conducted by respected creative industry experts such as: Dirk Henkelmann from DundP in Berlin or Eirik Langås and Thomas Lewe from Volda University.
