The opening of the academic year represents a major milestone for both the university and the broader community. On October 1, SWPS University in Wrocław will welcome distinguished guests, academic representatives, faculty, staff, and, above all, the incoming students commencing their studies. The inaugural lecture, titled "Why the Rule of Law Needs Brave Lawyers," will be delivered by attorney Sylwia Gregorczyk-Abram, Poland's Commissioner for Human Rights.
Academic year opening ceremony
The ceremony will take place on October 1, 2026, at 11:30, at SWPS University — Campus in Wrocław, Ostrowskiego 30b, in the W. Stern Lecture Hall (room no. 45).
