Contemporary Swedish cinema: national or international?
Cinema reflects the socio-political changes in society. In his lecture, Hynek Pallas will explore how the transformations in the Swedish film industry relate to the country's societal and political changes. Attendees will learn about the themes and narrative constructions that contemporary Swedish filmmakers employ and how the concept of "national cinema" applies to a multinational country.
