Dr. Aleksandra Borek: Expert on health psychology
Aleksandra Borek, Ph.D. / Assistant Professor, is a researcher specializing in health psychology, qualitative research methodologies, behavior change, and implementation science. She researches behavior change mechanisms and designs, evaluates and implements behavior change interventions to improve health.
For over seven years, she worked on interdisciplinary projects concerning the optimization of antibiotic use and management of infections at the Nuffield Department of Primary Care Health Sciences at the University of Oxford.
At SWPS University, she is the Principal Investigator in a research program on prudent antibiotic use and antimicrobial stewardship interventions in Poland. She is also a member of CARE-BEH Center for Applied Research on Health Behavior and Health.
