We are proud to announce that the historic first cohort of Psychology in English students at SWPS University's Faculty of Psychology in Wrocław has completed their education, earning a bachelor's degree in psychology.
From first classes to graduation
The story of this extraordinary class began on October 7, 2022, when nearly 20 students from seven countries and three continents entered the Wrocław campus of SWPS University. Even then, it was clear that this was an exceptional group – culturally diverse, with a strong temperament, and immense commitment. The students actively participated in classes, bringing their unique perspectives and experiences to the discussions.

Their three-year journey culminated in their bachelor's exams, which delighted the examining board. The defences of their theses were not merely a test of knowledge, but a testament to the intellectual maturity and commitment the students demonstrated throughout their studies.
Out of the 18 students who began their studies, 14 took the final exam, representing a total of 7 countries — including distant ones, such as South Korea and the Republic of South Africa. Notably, a significant proportion of the students (5 individuals) were from Poland, and they thrived in the international environment, demonstrating excellent proficiency in English.
We are incredibly proud to celebrate the achievements of the first graduates of our Psychology in English program. Their success is a testament to the high standards of our international curriculum, delivered by experienced lecturers under the leadership of Professor Agata Sobków and Dr. Kamil Izydorczak. We extend our heartfelt congratulations to everyone who contributed to this milestone — both the students and the academic staff who supported them throughout their journey.
