Spotlight on sustainable development
The International Congress of the Economics of Values Open Eyes Economy Summit is the result of an intellectual and organizational effort by the Open Eyes Economy movement. The event has garnered international recognition over the years and has become a notable fixture in Krakow's calendar. Positive feedback from past participants, speakers, and partners, along with recognition in event industry competitions, both nationally and internationally, attests to the event's far-reaching impact.
OEES explores themes of societal relevance, including social energy, artificial intelligence, energy transition, local governance dynamics, ESG reporting, and health security. This year's event features over 100 speakers from business, politics, academia and culture, including Richard James MacCowan, CEO of Biomimicry Innovation Lab, Trilce Navarrete Hernandez, researcher from Erasmus University Rotterdam, Yenny Vega Cárdenas, Ph.D., president of the International Observatory of Nature Rights, Ralf Fücks, managing director of Zentrum Liberale Moderne, and Tomasz Wróblewski, publicist and president of the Warsaw Enterprise Institute.
This event is open to participants of all ages, regardless of their social, economic, or political backgrounds. It provides an opportunity to stay informed about current socio-economic trends, engage with influential figures, and form valuable connections.
As we anticipate the 8th edition of the Open Eyes Economy Summit, we look forward to our faculty and students contributing their knowledge and insights. Their participation highlights our university's dedication to relevant education and research.
