Arbitration and dispute resolution expert
Professor Marcin Asłanowicz graduated from of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. He earned his Ph.D. in 2003 from the Institute of Law Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
From 2014 to 2020, Professor Asłanowicz was a lecturer in commercial law and civil procedure at the Warsaw District Bar Association. Since 2020, he has been a valued faculty member of the Department of Private Law at the Faculty of Law in Warsaw, SWPS University, where he teaches civil procedure, arbitration, private international law, and civil law.
His scholarly interests include civil and commercial proceedings, arbitration, and civil law, with a particular emphasis on contract law. He authored more than 60 research papers. He has been repeatedly featured in prestigious Chambers and Legal 500 rankings of the best law firms and lawyers, solidifying his position among the foremost authorities in the Dispute Resolution and Arbitration categories.

These competitions allow law students to hone their argumentation skills, enhance their proficiency in English public speaking, and gain initial courtroom experience.
