Renowned experts and personalities to speak at the congress
The Impact event has always attracted exceptional speakers, including former U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and YouTube CEO Susan Wojcicki. Following the last congress, U.S. Ambassador to Poland Mark Brzezinski wrote: "Impact is one of the most important economic and technological events in Europe. I am glad that it is being held in Poland."

Prominent speakers from SWPS University join Impact'23 line up
SWPS University is proud to present a team of distinguished speakers who will participate in several thematic tracks at the event. From Industry 5.0 to Mental Health & Wellbeing and Design Manifesto, our experts will offer invaluable insights into the most pressing issues of today's society.
Professor Roman Cieślak, Rector of SWPS University will talk about the role of universities and companies in shaping the society, which will be presented as part of the Industry 5.0 track, Additionally, Konrad Maj, Ph.D., a social psychologist and Head of the HumanTech Center for Social and Technological Innovation, will explore the fascinating psychology of humanoid robots.
Prof. Katarzyna Januszkiewicz, Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences in Warsaw, will take part in the debate on "What should a company be for an employee: a second home, a friendly buddy, or just a place to work? What are the employees' expectations?" The meeting will be held as part of Dziennik Gazeta Prawna magazine's The Art of Leadership track.
Moreover, Professor Jarosław Michałowski and Norbert Szczepaniak will introduce Fido, an artificial intelligence chatbot used in psychotherapy, as part of the Mental Health & Wellbeing track.
Those interested in the Design Manifesto track, will find out how legal design impacts business and helps to build competitive advantage. The presentation will be delivered by Professor Mariusz Wszołek from the Department of Graphic Design at the Faculty of Law and Communication in Wroclaw and Piotr Voelkel, the Founder of SWPS University*.
The discussion on the U.S.-China rivalry and its impact on the global geopolitical system, moderated by Professor Marcin Jacoby, a renowned sinologist and expert on cultural, political, and social issues in East Asia is not to be missed either.
