Young, Multitalented, and Ambitious
At the end of July 2022, ten lucky university candidates: Kseniya Kazlova, Mohammad Hassan Talebi Hemmatabadi, Milana Kolina, Tabbetha Mary Olwage, Oleksandr Igorevich Piskun, Huong Lan Nguyen, Venetia Xue Wen Chan, Panalee Teraworawut, Ahmed Mohamed Eliwa, and JaeSeok Kim were informed that they were the winners of SWPS University's Scholarships for International Candidates.
One of the requirements that the candidates had to meet was to write an essay on the following topic: “’All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them’ (Walt Disney). Describe your most ambitious dreams and explain how this scholarship would help you to pursue them".
Additionally, our candidates presented a truly diverse engagement in civic activities, volunteering, arts and culture, and sports, including:
- working for the school branch of the Red Cross and the Red Crescent
- producing social media programs on teaching English, such as talk shows on Instagram and vlogs on YouTube
- being a part of the country’s youth government and participating in local civic and social initiatives
- directing successful school plays
- actively participating in sports and various sport championships, in disciplines such as hockey, tennis, taekwondo, kyorugi, and competitive dance
- involvement in arts and culture: organization of concerts, participation in musical competitions, participation in art exhibitions, presenting collections at fashion shows.
We are happy to welcome such talented and engaged new students to SWPS University.

About the Scholarship
In response to a growing number of international candidates applying to SWPS University, we have developed a scholarship program for candidates, who hail from outside of Poland.
The Scholarship for International Candidates is a form of financial aid provided by the Private Scholarship Fund of SWPS University. The amount of the Scholarship is equal to the yearly tuition fee for the program of study selected by the candidate during the application process, and is awarded exclusively for the first year of studies.
All candidates applying to undergraduate or graduate programs in English, including Applied Psychology, Clinical Psychology, English Studies, English Studies with another language, Management, Psychology, and Design, offered by our School of Form, are eligible for the scholarship.
