New standards in management education

It fosters the exchange of knowledge and expertise between academia and the business sector. As a member, the Faculty of Social Sciences in Warsaw at SWPS University gains access to a wealth of resources and insights from international partners. This membership also facilitates joint research and training initiatives and helps us enrich our study programs with a global perspective.
Innovative study programs
Management and business education in Central and Eastern Europe is rapidly evolving. Through CEEMAN membership, we can implement innovative teaching methods and regularly update our programs to align with global trends, while ensuring they remain relevant to regional contexts and needs. These improvements give our graduates a competitive edge in both local and international job markets.
Professional development for academics
Our faculty also benefits from joining CEEMAN. Academics can participate in international conferences, workshops, and networking events to strengthen their intercultural skills and expand their professional networks. One key event is the annual CEEMAN conference, which brings together international academics, university leaders, and business experts.
CEEMAN also offers specialized initiatives such as the Program Management Seminar and the International Management Teachers Academy (IMTA). By participating in these programs, our faculty can hone their skills, which directly improve the quality of teaching.
