SONATA grants for psychology and social sciences projects
SONATA is a funding opportunity intended to support the Principal Investigator in conducting innovative basic research, using advanced research equipment and/or an original methodology.
The awarded projects are:
- "Men-specific model of Eating Disorders and its use in psychoeducation: longitudinal and experimental research" by Karolina Zarychta-Zajączkowska, Ph.D. / Associate Professor, Institute of Psychology.
- "RaM-CLASS. Class reproduction and mobility – biographical experiences in academic, artistic, and business fields" by Justyna Kajta, Ph.D. / Assistant Professor, Institute of Social Sciences.
OPUS grant for research in the field of humanities
Marta Wróblewska, Ph.D. / Assistant Professor from the Institute of Humanities has been awarded the OPUS 24 grant for her project "Evaluation of research impact and academic discourse - a comparative approach (Poland, UK, Norway)".
The OPUS competition is aimed at a wide audience. It is open to submissions for national research projects, as well as projects developed in cooperation with foreign partners or using international research facilities.
OPUS is a funding opportunity intended for a wide range of applicants. The research roposal submitted under this scheme may include the purchase or construction of research equipment.

researches class mobility, transition to adulthood in the times of crises, biographical experiences, and motivation of young activists. Scientifically, she is also interested in political views of young people and their engagement in civic and political initiatives.

is a linguist, and a social sciences and humanities researcher.

Karolina Zarychta-Zajączkowska
is a certified CBT psychotherapist. She specializes in health psychology and researches determinants of eating disorders and efficacy of various forms of psychotherapy.
