On March 14, 2026, another reunion of the SWPS University alumni club for the Management and Leadership programs took place. The event brought together alumni, creating a space for conversation, exchange of experiences, and relationship-building among members of the university community.
Second meeting of Management and Leadership alumni
The event program featured TED-style talks delivered in both Polish and English, where participants explored timely and important topics in management and leadership. Discussions covered subjects such as business risk, imposter syndrome in leadership roles, the significance of gender in leadership, organizational transformation, and changes taking place in financial institutions. The program also included reflections on how migration experiences shape leadership competencies, as well as the challenges of running social impact organizations.
Each talk became a starting point for a deeper, engaging discussion, highlighting just how strong the need is to share knowledge and experience within the SWPS University alumni community.
Key points of the event
- Substance at the source: the event was built around speaker sessions that offered practical insights into both successes and challenges in the business world.
- Connection through play: a custom edition of Family Feud and Bingo, created by Alumni Council member Maria Sokołowska, helped participants build relationships in a more relaxed and engaging setting.
- Multicultural character: the bilingual format gave the event an international dimension and a unique energy.
